Momentum Coaching

Once you complete the Power Up Your Productivity Executive/Business Coaching or Life List Coaching, you have the option to continue to work with me 1:1. There are three options to choose from:

#Momentum 1: 3 x 60 minute coaching

#Momentum 2: 6 x 60 minute coaching

#Momentum 3: 12 x 60 minute coaching

Coaching sessions are conducted via ZOOM and can be used at a time that suits us both within a 12-month period.

Who this program is for…

Planning out the next 12 months: you might be ready to plan for a very big or very different year ahead.

Productivity bullets: a specific work habit, behaviour or issue might be frustrating you and costing you big time (for example: team management, capacity planning, interruptions, focus and control over your day, deciding on priorities).

Business bullets: you might have a specific business or work issue to work through (for example: your 5 year plan/ priorities, identifying your business niche and target customers, mapping your product eco-system and IP, identifying team capabilities to meet current and future needs, planning your deliverables for the next 12 months, building your profile).

Executive bullets: impression management, brand management, strategic planning, staff engagement and management, capacity planning etc

Coaching bullets: a periodic coaching/ accountability catchup to keep you focused, in control and on track.
